Nothing much to report from the Oaks, I am not alive with my 20 dollar doubles, I will start with a fresh slate tomorrow morning.
Back to baseball . . . I'm not seeing enough from other team or pitcher to think an Under 7.0 isn't the play to be made. Two areas of concern, the Twins do hit better vs southpaws, and the Mariners did enjoy some success vs decent starting pitchers in Tampa Bay.
That isn't enough to convince me the ignore the Twinks woeful road batting average or the Mariners even worse batting average at home this season.
The Mariners lost 4 games in Tampa by a combined 5 runs, there is a concern they break out against the horrible twins and their inflated ERA's, but I will let them prove before I back that scenario.

Mariners Lineup 2B Ackley 3B Liddi RF Ichiro C Montero DH Seager 1B Smoak LF Carp CF Saunders SS Ryan
Figgins is finally benched. Carp ain't so good in the field, but his bat should be a huge upgrade, when it gets going. Carp was horrible at the plate in Tacoma during his rehab stint. Also, many young players tend to struggle a bit in the DH position, so if seager is a downgrade, then that wipes out some of the upgrade from having Carp in there. Overall, this is a better hitting lineup than we've seen in recent games.
