Mike Napoli left Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays due to blurred vision.

The vision problem, which consisted of white spots or some blurring, began in the eighth inning and the Rangers decided to take him out before the ninth. He went 0-for-2 with two walks and a run scored before exiting. The Rangers have an early start time Wednesday and Napoli is scheduled to see an eye doctor in the morning, so he may get the afternoon off.

Tuesday's Rangers notes: Hamilton, Beltre out; Yu Darvish-C.J. Wilson showdown on May 11?

Josh Hamilton and Adrian Beltre aren't in tonight's lineup against Toronto.

Hamilton is still battling back stiffness and continues to be day to day. Beltre was sore a day after going 3 for 5, but is available as a pinch hitter.

"Turf is never good on my legs," Beltre said. "They don't want to make it any worse. I don't know if I'm going to play tomorrow."

Here are a few other notes:

* The Rangers have set their rotation following an off day on Thursday. Matt Harrison is scheduled to pitch on Wednesday in Toronto, and then Colby Lewis, Derek Holland and Yu Darvish will pitch this weekend's three-game series at Cleveland. Harrison will then come back on regular rest to start on Monday at Baltimore followed by Neftali Feliz, Lewis and Holland.

* That rotation schedule, coupled with how the Los Angeles Angels are set, could make the May 11 game be a Darvish-C.J. Wilson pitching duel. "That means we should have a full house," Ron Washington said. "Hopefully we'll have some more distance between them before they arrive."

* Manager Ron Washington praised Yu Darvish on how he's handled the transition to the big leagues. Washington recalled a meeting with Darvish early in spring training when he laid everything out on what the team expected. "This guy loves to do his job," Washington said. "That's the passion you want from all of your players."

Don't count the rangers out just yet. They're still a strong team.

Mike Napoli said via his Twitter account that he suffered an ocular migraine on Tuesday night and will be "good to go" Wednesday afternoon against the Blue Jays.
Napoli left Tuesday's game after eight innings due to blurred vision. The Rangers have yet to release the lineup for Wednesday's matinee against the Jays, but there's a good chance Napoli will be in there. May 2 - 9:43 AM

Napoli is in the lineup for today.

Adrian Beltre (leg soreness) is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's matinee against the Blue Jays.

Beltre dealt with some leg soreness during Monday's game, so the Rangers want to keep him off the turf at Rogers Centre. Michael Young will start at third base Wednesday afternoon.

I have to agree ut, but I think there are better bets to be had today. Gonna leave this one alone, other than going under on this one. BOL on your Jays bet.
