Suicide Run to $10,000 is almost over. With yesterday's win on Detroit, I'm now $2,671 short of my goal. Think I will hit it today!
Houston + 130 at Cubs. Houston nearly won yesterday, and I really like backing Sosa. Yes, Houston has a bad road record, but the Cubs are just above them in the NL Central rankings.
CWS @ K.C. - 140. The White Sox have a pretty boring schedule from now to the end of the season: Kansas City and Cleveland. And none of it means much to the players. Look at their record L 10 games on the Covers matchups. I think the Sox are a fade.
NYY at Toronto + 140. I think the Yankees just cruise into first place in their division without a lot of effort. (Boston is not exactly tearing it up right now.) NYY is a division rival and swept Toronto in their last series. I also would give Toronto the pitching edge in this matchup.
