#4 Posted: 7/10/2011 8:43:01 PM I doubt Ortiz would care too much to win 2 years in a row. Last year he was out to prove something with his early season slump. |

#11 Posted: 7/10/2011 9:07:15 PM holliday dont deserve to be at +367... he hits the ball hard but he is more a double kind of hitter more than an homerun hitter...
this is my opinion but we can get kemp at +737 vs holliday at +367 that dont make any sense to me at all...
last year holliday didnt do that well in the competion well I just cant see any value on holliday at that price

i dont know about bautista, he is more in game homerun hitter, usually the homerun leaders in real game do not win the homerun contest, sure it happens, but taking jose at+300 is not worthed. i would try soemone like gonzalez, not a homerun hitter but i guess he can hit homeruns during the practice like bobby abreu. |

#14 Posted: 7/10/2011 10:14:40 PM Put a little bit on Cano at +850
Other then that I never like to throw money on exhibition games.

#15 Posted: 7/10/2011 10:17:30 PM AL is -155 NL is +125
on Bodog.
AL looks to be good because I doubt Weeks or Holliday win. Prince definitely looks dangerous, but with the AL sluggers, I don't think Prince/Kemp is solid. Thoughts?

#16 Posted: 7/10/2011 10:20:04 PM I think I'm going to put $20 each on
Cano +800 Fielder +350 Gonzalez +600
I believe these hitters will hit most consistenly. David Ortiz cannot be trusted in long term and Bautista is too much of the obvious choice. But more times that not it is someone who is not the front runner |

#19 Posted: 7/11/2011 12:52:54 AM No way do I like Bautista at +310, he's 1 of the smallest guys and being that large of a fav in a somewhat crap-shoot seems foolish
MLB network did a little breakdown a day or 2 ago w/ Mark Mulder and a few guys and they chose Fielder and Holliday.
I want a big guy w/ long arms who can last
Both Holliday and Ortiz are 6'4 while Kemp is a few inches shorter as is Gonzalez. They are all 215+. Weeks, Prince, Cano and Bautista are all 6' or under and besides Prince all of them weigh around 200.
Personally I'm taking Holliday

I dont know man.. I kept hearing that same thing about Blake Griffin with the slam dunk contest. Careful with that thinking, sometimes the obvious choice and still be the correct one. **im not saying that i will be betting on Bautista. I am still thinking about it**
GL either way bro

#24 Posted: 7/11/2011 1:27:38 AM You know.. on second thought. I think I am just going to lay 50 on AL and just have fun watching it. I really don't see NL taking it.

you mean the rigged dunk contest? It was previously set that he was making it to the finals (they stated that the car stunt was previously planned)...everyone else in that got completely robbed |
