Wedge leaves Pineda out there to rot til he walks the whole lineup to load the bases.
Then the Mariners have runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out with Sherril having trouble throwing a strike and a 3-1 count and they send Kennedy to get thrown out to 2nd.
Then when it's 5-4 runners on 1st and 3rd. Wedge gets the catcher to attempt to drop down a bunt on the first 3 pitches. The donk catcher then watches a strike 3 fastball right down the middle from none other than flamethrowing Scott Proctor who throws nothing but fastballs.
HOLY FUCK. Living in Vancouver I get blessed to have every Toronto Raptors game broadcasted to my house but having to watch the Mariners play the last 2 nights has been disgustingly painful.

Blow a 3-run lead couple errors to boot.

Yes it has. They made me money on the Under for quite some time. I figured it will stay that way until a major fuck up to allow a bunch of runs. And that's what happened. F'in WALKS and ERRORS. Oh well. I feel much better about losing an Under by 3 runs in the 7th innings than a last batter 2-out solo shot.
Or even worst, when a game starts off with a 4-2 score in the 3rd or something and I end up losing by a run.

stuff like this happens in baseball so i don't get too upset but when a slow as fuck catcher is trying to lay down a bunt 3 pitches in a row when the tying run is at 3rd that pisses me off
HugeBallz- ya totals are always better to be over with right away than to take a blow in the 9th inning
datinhplay- ya man Eric Wedge is fucked up right now I had a bad feeling Mariners were gonna blow this puppy when Olivo got hurt

Now that I look at the play-by-play, what a bullshit way to lose the Under 6. All three runs in the 7th were walks and the run in the bottom of the inning was also a bullshit run after 2 outs and a walk, next batter RBI single.

wow..that's some horrible play. How about that "intentional walk" attempt that went as a wild pitch by the Marlins a couple of days ago? Hope you were on Mariners in that one... That was a pretty unbelievable play.
