He has lost 3 straight starts against Wash but I wouldn't put much credence into that. But in a game where run support will be at a premium(total is 6) the hard thing to do would be to lay -200 in a game which is likely to be decided by a 2-1 type score. If you could get the Nats +1.5 at about even money, that would be a nice option.

I capped this A's/O's game under.. GIO has been good after bad starts if you call 4 runs to the Yankee's a bad start.. and Matsuz has a crazy stat of 6 of last 7 starts going under 8 runs dating back to last year..

The A's have good numbers vs Matusz .304, and 7.5 is small for an AL game. 3 players hitting over .400 vs. Gio on the Orioles.
I'm on the Nattys because they've shown the ability to explode, Morse is the X Factor. Giants offense has been getting lucky and they are hitting .203 vs Lannan
