I rarely step out and make picks online, but felt this one was worthy of my two cents.
Cleveland has not been playing great ball and just lost one of their more productive bats(sadly), in Jhonny Peralta. The clubhouse is just waiting to see who goes next(Kearns, maybe). They are coming off two straight pummelings at the hands of the Yankees and their bullpen is shot to shat.
The Jays, meanwhile have won 5 of their last 6 and are coming off of a days rest.
Marcum appears to be back to his old self with two solid starts after a stint on the 15 day DL with elbow inflammation, and has a 2.52 Home ERA. On the other side is Masterson, who continues to be mediocre and has pitched far better at home (3.92) than on the road(6.48) this season.
I will not give this pick as high of a rating as my last one on the Giants Nats Under, but I will go with a *9* rating.
