Why I made these picks:

GIANTS: I feel that Lincecum is gonna come back solid today even with his poor career stats (1-2 5.67 ERA) against the Brewers. After his last 2 game losing streak, Lincecum responded in his next three starts going 3-0 with a 2.17 ERA. Not to mention the Brewers haven't hit worth a sh** this series.

PADRES: I feel the Padres win this game for a couple reasons: 1.) they are a better team, and a great road team (22-15)   2.) In Garlands last start against the Nationals he pitched 7 innings, gave up 5 hits and 2 runs. 3.) The Nationals haven't given run support to Martin all year and they have been struggling greatly (4-6 last 10, 7-16 last 23)

REDS: Arroyo is a road pitcher! The Reds are 7-2 this year on the road when he pitches! Arroyo, is 6-2 with a 3.54 ERA in 10 career starts against the Mets, and he threw a shutout in his only previous game at Citi Field. Arroyo is also 3-1 in his last 4 starts with a 2.42 ERA. In Niese's start against the Reds this year he gave up 12 hits in 6 innings, giving up 4 runs.
