It is not legal for everyone in Cali, I believe people with certain ailments can use it because it has medical benefits and only for them it is legal.

Since I don't believe Mr. Lincecum has any documented ailments he broke the law.

Very true. I played college ball and our coach didn't want us smoking pot, but he sure as hell did not want us drinking the night before games, hence the 11 oclock curfew. I did however have one of my best games in at a HIgh School Tournament when 14/18 kids got fucked up til 5 oclock in the morn and we got caught. we had to get up and run our asses off. Blazed too, but the 6 miles we ran before the game got all the alcohol out of my system.

with every day that passes,,,responses like these in this thread are more and more common regarding marijuana, and i absolutley love it.  Use common sense people, weed is 120% safer than alcohol, just because the government says its not, doesn't mean we are wrong.
