Dads on roadtrips.

Seems almost silly to use this as a handicapping angle but I am always looking to play on teams that bring their fathers along. Mind you, the team has to show some decent current form.
I guess you never want to suck in front of Pops.
 
Teams currently travelling with their fathers include: Anaheim Ducks and Detroit Red Wings.

Every little piece of information is a plus Billysink and your tidbit is somewhat interesting. Providing we're able to pick up on these situations, it'll be interesting now to see how they play out.

What a douchebag...

Thats a great angle to know, I appreciate the post billy...and its the 1,000th too congrats haha.  When the Pens had their dads on a road trip they kicked ass all around the Western Conference.  Its a great thing to keep in mind, I come to covers looking for posts like these, the background stuff from other teams is hard to find when you can't watch every game

By the way.. that angle has been real gold this year. Unfortunately teams do this in January and early February, long before the playoff races and trade deadline.

Just to update what I said about the Pens doing great with their dads traveling with them, with the papa's in the house Pitt went through western canada @ Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver and took all 3 games...a feat that they had not done

IN THE HISTORY OF THE TEAM!!

I didn't actually check this but Im almost positive its right, I just remember it from the broadcast of the game...anyway the pens have been around for a long time, thats great stuff.
