Hometown biased and general hockey sense would make me lean Hawks in this series, but I'm not very confident in it. I just dabbled in the Bruins/Pens series but didn't study it hard like the Hawks/Kings series (ended up hitting ML bets on all 3 games I bet on). The Bruins just gave up 2 goals in 4 games against the most potent offensive attack in the NHL. The Hawks are just about as potent offensively, but better in their own zone than the Pens.
So my questions to you are:
Will they be as successful at limiting the Hawks' stars scoring chances as they did to Pittsburgh? You can't expect Boston to give up 2 goals in 4 games again or sweep, but do you see the same success limiting an explosive offensive team? If yes, what gives you that confidence?
Also, if the Kings were supposedly the tough physical team that would grind it out and slow down the Hawks' speed and skill, what confidence do you have that Boston can do it if LA couldn't? Thanks and GL.

Good points from both of you and thanks for responding. Polar Bear I assume you meant that Bruins are more dangerous offensively than the Kings (not than the Hawks)?
It should be a great series. Typically in a series like this I would favor the team with the hotter goalie, but both are playing very well. It'll be tough to pass up Bruins for plus money and a keeper as hot as Rask. Got some studyin to do. Thanks fellas.

It's either an imaginary line he made up, a bad line, or a future he took last week.
