I don't think there will be too many high scoring games....keep in my mind Chicago was the best defensive team in the league statistically (lowest GA)...the Bruins rely on their solid defense so I don't even need to get into details of that. This is going to be another grind of a series imo, the Hawks having home advantage is the difference for me and I think they ll win it in 6 or 7 (obv I m a hawks fan so I likem better than the Bs).
Chicagos speed will bother the Bruins (they are a quicker/more talented/experienced version of the Leafs) and their depth will be an issue as well, shutting down Toews/Kane wont be enough (like it was against Pittsburgh with Crosby/Malkin), as PJ stock mentioned after tonights game, there is so many legitimate offensive threats with Hossa/Sharp/Bickell and even guys like Stalberg who just shoot out of a canon down the ice.
Chicago loves to collapse down low on their net and get into shooting lanes, but they dont really rush the points, the bruins offense is based on their blue line, they have scored 15 goals from the points in these playoffs...so it will be interesting to see who wins that war, chicagos D or Bostons point men.
Regardless, BOL of luck to all, may the best the team win the cup (hopefully Hawks)!
