2007 Anaheim Won the cup
2009 Chicago Lost in semi finals
2010 Chicago Won the cup
2011 Boston Won the cup
2012 Los Angeles Won the cup

Seeing the Canucks did not even make the playoffs in 2008 thats quite a solid trend.
