I'm taking the Detroit Red Wings tonight +.5 -230 for the second period. Let me say this...I don't know how this game to going to start out. With Michael Handzus and Viktor Stalberg back in the lineup there will be a lot more speed for the Blackhawks. Game three Joe Louis Arena should be pumped up for this game. Which team is going to get the first power play opportunity? I think coach Babcock will make some nice adjustments during the first intermission and like this wager a lot. Game 1 second period was tied. Game 2 Red Wings won 2-0. Jan 27th second period was tied in Chicago. March 3 second period was tied in Detroit. March 31st Blackhawks won the second period 2-0 but I don't see the Hawks winning 7-1 tonight like they did in that game. April 12 Red Wings won the second period 2-1. So, in six meetings five of these have been winners. Let the trend continue!
