#2 Posted: 5/7/2012 2:23:20 PM I would say pretty good the way they are playing right now BUT I think either the Devils (definately) or Rangers (maybe) could give them problems in the finals.
and they STILL have to get past (probably) the "Wile E's", who have been suprisingly GOOD this playoffs, to even GET there
and speaking of a potential Devils vs Kings, I wonder IF there has ever been a 6th seed and an 8th seed in the Stanley Cup Finals? |

#4 Posted: 5/7/2012 2:38:42 PM they have arguably the best goalie, strong defence and their stars are shining.
their only weakness is goal scoring and there isn't one team left in these playoffs that can exploit that.

#8 Posted: 5/8/2012 12:12:17 AM They will win the Stanley Cup. They have the best goalie and the best defense in the playoffs. By far. Their offense won't scare anyone but no one else left in the playoffs can score so things look very good for them. |

#9 Posted: 5/8/2012 12:16:01 AM Any team can win anything in the NHL. You could of probably placed the Islanders in this playoffs and they would of gotten hot and swept teams. There was really no point to the regular season. |

#10 Posted: 5/8/2012 12:22:09 AM The point to the regular season is to get in the playoffs where the teams make money.........
Kings and Phoenix have the 2 best goalies remaining in the playoffs... So barring serious injuries, the winner of the Kings-Phoenis series definately have a good chance at winning the cup.... Plenty of back line speed on both teams also......
Coyotes will probably beat nash. Tonit, but not over yet... |

#11 Posted: 5/8/2012 12:47:00 AM WOW!!! watching the last couple games "Wile E" games, I wondering IF the Kings really ARE "The Lox Bagel and Cream Cheese" for the Cup finals. Kings sure can't play them like game four against St Louis |

#14 Posted: 5/8/2012 1:13:26 AM Coyotes skate into the conference finals after playing a weak offensive team in Nashville: that's not going to be the case with the Kings, who have, arguably, the best line in hockey right now (Kopitar, Brown, and Williams). This line was on the ice for 9 of the 13 goals against the Coyotes this year, including two from Doughtey. I like our chances!

To go ALL the way (meaning win it all) is actually 12.5 % at the start of the playoffs. |

But what you either failed to mention or fail to realize is that the Kings were one of the leagues TOP scoring teams SINCE the trade in which they received Carter. |

Jeff carter, Mike Richards, our two young kids in King and Nolan, and even Dustin Penner have played well up front, Alec Martinez has stepped in nicely for Jack Johnson and the entire defense is solid. Typical east coast BS in your statement. You probably haven't watched more than one game the Kings have played this postseason.

#22 Posted: 5/8/2012 4:08:45 AM I've probably watched twice as many pacific division games this year than you have bro. I'm a hockey degenerate currently living in Phoenix with a lot of time on his hands and the NHL package. I have a bigger penis also. Yotes will beat the kings in 7 |

#23 Posted: 5/8/2012 9:18:43 AM I love the comment saying we are the sportsbook to give the odds :) nice one...In my eyes their odds of winning are actually less than the hype has reflected...but we shall see, the play of their goalie is the most important factor in this teams success, if I had to answer I would say ultimately they will not walk away with the cup this year
