I've been getting absolutely fed the past week... thinking of changing my style a bit - stick more to the home teams in good position rather than just mainly picking elite teams... trying to avoid more of the bets where I just make the bet decision based on "this team is good, and this team sucks" etc... lately I have been well above 500 on my leans, however, I always seem to put my confidence in the elite teams only just because they are the better team and end up getting burned
Leans for Thursday... give me some feed back because I apparently don't know what I'm doing these days but these seemed legit to me
Flyers ML Islanders ML Yotes ML (still waiting on the line, will make my decision based on that)
Flyers ML - flyers have had a rough go the past few games, but I feel that they still played well. They are on a 3 game losing streak, but in those 3 games they played NJ who is on fire right now, and there were a few sketchy calls in the first period letting them get into a hole that they nearly dug out of with a good comeback in the 3rd. Then they lose @ rangers... they didnt seem to play that badly, and personally I don't really expect many teams to beat the Rags they are top shit. A 1-0 shootout loss to the Isles doesn't really bother me - nabokov made 45 saves and won the game for his team, nothing you can really do about that. Leafs have been on a bit of a rip, but it just ended with a loss to the Jets and with their loss of momentum I think that the Flyers will likely capitalize here.
Islanders ML - 6-2-2 in their last 10, which is pretty decent for the Isles. Nabokov was on fire against Phili, and I expect he will play well again tonight. Islanders are starting a homestand, and I feel they will start off strong since they have been on a decent little rip the past while. MTL doesn't have the best road record and are on a 2 game win streak (only getting a better streak than 2 once so far this season) so I feel that their luck may run out tonight
Yotes ML - Yotes are on fire lately - beating 3 strong teams in a row, and are now in playoff contention so I feel this will give them an incentive to continue this streak. The flames have an awful road record, and are playing BTB after just playing an elite team (3-7 in their last 10 BTB) and to top it off, Yotes are 4-0 in their last 4 vs the Flames.
Let me know what you guys think, and good luck!

You can take -0.5 reg lines or -1 lines to turn these favourites into underdogs and you will notice an improvement in your betting bankroll because when you lose you limit losses and when you win you will maximize wins. In general look for value and try and avoid laying heavy juice like Philly tomorrow who is at -155.

Yeah, I've also been trying that a bit lately as well, but I've come across this trend that teams on a home stand of 3 or more games in a row never lose 3 of them in a row. Phili has already lost 1 of their 3 consecutive home games, and I feel the leafs are a good target so the juice doesn't really bother me in this situation.
but thanks for the tip!

personally myself id stay away from betting on the flyers as the team is really shaky at the moment. i like the coyotes and this is a big game for both teams fighting for a playoff spot. looks like irving might start for lames but who knows.
