Leclaire Vs Elliot?

Does anyone else wonder why Elliot gets the Nod over leclaire? I mean i understand leclaire has been a bandaid pretty much his hole career, BUT he is 10X the goalie Elliot is. I personnally think think Elliot is horrible, Back up at best yet Sens coach seems to prefer him.

Case in point tonight 2 goals in 30 seconds in a close game and after leading 1-0 for part of the game your down 3-1 now. I dont understand it.

Also last years playoffs only reason ottawa had a chance was when Leclaire came in. Im lost here

He has had two clunker games, but was pretty strong before that.  I think the Sens are still emotionally spent at this point.

Leclaire is such a flare goalie. I think if he was healthy easily top 10 goalie in the league, but no one has had as many bad breaks as this kid. Its like he is cursed

Leclaire right now is downright awful. Every shot is kicked out like a pinball to the slot and bang goal. Elliott is a decent 1b starter just has to get some damn support from his useless s*** D. It&#x27;s pretty much a lesser of two evils in net now for Ottawa until Lehner is ready. 23 GA in 5 games!!!! Ouch. Go Sens Go tho

You know the talk was always about the Flyers and their netminding woes but when was the last time the Ottawa team ever had a quality goaltender? I don&#x27;t believe this franchise has evefr had one to be honest. If you&#x27;re thinking about Hasek, forget it. The guy was ready to draw the old age pension for crying out loud. He pulled a groin trying to push off ftrom sside to side for cripes sakes. Elliot or Leclaire you ask? It simply doesn&#x27;t matter.
