Personally, I find that the fade-the-public theory works MUCH better in other sports than in hockey.

Agreed... and it's not like BUF and DET are road favorites.  They're at home and should win.

Now COL on the other hand could be due for a let down.  Anderson sits so it's Budaj vs. Deslauriers.

What if Det,Buf,Col and Phi lose tonight.....

Sabres down 3-1 with 9 mins to go. Wings down 2-1 after 40 minutes.

I am really disappointed with NHL @odd's....
For example.

In the website where I bet was @1.467... why they do that?
I will never play again for this ridiculous odd`s and loose... ufffBuffalo

Yes my friend...i could see it coming....It's not a surprise, when teams look too good + the public pounding them thats spells disaster...And a ton of people lost with Det and Buf..I almost fall for it,but i stick to my plan and pass them and i'm glad  i did... It's now my job when i see things like this i pound the underdog..

For the record, though, the public his done very well thus far this season. There haven't been many nights like this in 2009-10.

Right, so I figured I already made my points.

Just adding my opinion onto this one.

I know you are nervous right now because of your bets.  Relax.  You think you made the right choice, right?  Then go with it.

Who knows, I could be way off and the Flyers take this easily.

buffalo is overrated, the cats have a better dcorps especially with toni lydman out, their forwards are a wash. Vanek has been a huge disapointment. The defense jumps into the play more than any team and their are always lots of oddman rushes the other way. Miller has been standing on his head and is the ONLY reason why theyve been so good. Albeit Im not suprised I said in the preseason the Sabres would make the post season because of one guy, Ryan Miller.

The Wild cant score, the Yotes fight hard every night with dave Tippett as their new coach.

The wings are a shade of themselves without 5 TOP 6 forwards on any other team out this year as Franzen, Fillipula(injured), Hossa, Samuellsson and Hudler(free agency). The stars are healthy and balanced upfront.

It was foolish to take these teams with high juice.


If Buf and Det had won those games what would be your comments??
