Congrats on your nice little run as of late. 

Just out of curiosity you said you were up 3 units last night but for instance your Nashville total had -136 worth of juice along with it. If your playing 1 unit as stated wouldn't you have won $73.53 on that wager instead of $100 because of the price???

LORD NO.  I'm the guy who's always telling people to express their units using 1 as a base unit instead of European syle... ALL WAGERS FOR 1 UNIT means  - risk one if plus money, win one if - money.

Its actually really noticeable on the days after I take a bad beating - especially with the amount of juice some of these plays necessitate

I'm hoping that is not the case tomorrow morning

Ya, they ARE juicy, geez... but when I cap them I ask myself the following question: TRUE or FALSE - This game is likely to be at most TIED 2-2 late in the third period...

If the answer is TRUE then I am generally willing to put my knowledge, skill and instincts to the test and lay the -120 or whatever it takes since I really feel I can hit between 55-60 per cent based on my ability to judge the games based on the criteria that I find most important.

That is why I refuse to get sucked into plus money totals simply for the sake of taking back a tag.  I like that strategy a lot when betting sides though, just doesn't work for me with totals.  As long as I am making a profit I will continue to lay the juice I suppose.
