Oh my.
Oh my.
Hibbert woulda been good in the NBA in the 90's, different game now; he lacks athletisism. But then again, you can't teach height.

LOL...he went to KSU....not exactly the hot bed of activity. Trust me, MN doesn't give a shit what he thinks and would take him in a second if he's there. He won't be, though.

Beasley is a 6'7" Power forward. If he were 6'10", no doubt he would be the #2 overall pick. It will be a very interesting draft this year. Hell, i even heard that there is a possibilty that Kevin Love will go 3rd overall. Meaning that Beasley could even slip to 4th, though a long shot.

Don't let the choice of school fool you. He was clearly the best player coming out of high school. He could have gone to any school he wanted. But KSU just paid him more.

All I'm saying is that he could have gone anywhere and he chose that hot-bed of activity KSU.
I agree with the above comments....if Miami takes Mayo #2, the $hit will probably hit the fan. The more I'm hearing, the more I'm thinking MN doesn't like him so much.
From where I'm sitting, I think MN will take Mayo if he's there at #3. If Miami takes Mayo, I think MN might trade down to #5 and take Love if the deal is right. I don't know where Beasley plays in MN's line-up. I don't think he can guard 3's and Jefferson will be entrenched at 4 if MN ever gets a center. Love has similar issues, though, but he is a better passer.
Mayo is the safest pick. Excellent shooter. Can play point. Good defender.
Miami will determine the entire texture of the lottery tonight.
