Leaning Boston also. Must win for C's, i feel LA are the stronger team here so C's can't let 1 slip @ home!!

i was leaning on the over as well, but why is the line dropping? 193 now 192?

After the long wait for this game and the nerves kicking in, no way this game goes over in the 1stQ. Both teams will stick to their defensive plans in the beginning and Kobe will look to get his team mated involved.This quarter will finish in the between 38-42

redskins, what happened to change your favoring the over 49 to the under 48 the next day?  I favor the under but I am not a really good totals player.

The Lakers haven't played on this court in over 6 months...besides the fact its game one of the finals, the Boston crowd is going to be insane...the Lakers haven't seen a defense like this in an eternity, and they will be rusty from a 7 day rest.

If the Lakers will be "rusty from a 7 day rest", wouldn't the Celtics be rusty from a 6 day rest? LOL! And what does the fact the Lakers haven't on that court have to do with anything? I love it buddy! Keep up the good posts!

wredskins - GL on your play! I could be wrong, but, I think you might get the best number right before gametime. But like I said, I could be wrong, just my $0.02...

With the exception of Denver, L.A has lost both first games of the series when visiting another teams floor...two in a row at utah's home floor...they will probably both be rusty...but the Celtics being on their homecourt where they've lived in the playoffs and in front of their home crowd you don't think gives them a slight edge there???...they've been home for a week now, sleeping in their own beds,  practicing where they always practice...no hotels, no traveling, their in their comfort zone... they've been playing at home 11 out of 20 games the last 7 weeks...L.A hasn't played here since November...the Celts are 10-1 on their home floor in the postseason ...only giving up two points?? sorry dude, can't say anything about game 2 yet...but the Celts win comfortably tommorrow....KG is going to eat Gasol alive, and the Celts WILL frustrate Kobe just as they did LBJ.

I'll wait till game time to see if I can get -2 but as for the over/under I dont see it going either way.Both teams will come out rusty and both will look to run their half court offense to settle their players down.

At first I favored the over untill I looked into playoff teams and how they perform after extended rest in the finals.Also the defense both these teams will bring to the table I look for better rotation and more contested shots early.A week is a long time to have off, it will take both teams atleast the 1st 6 mins to knock off the rust, I have the 1st six minutes capped at 18 and I dont see both teams accumulating 30 more pts where teams usually slow it down more after the 2 minute mark.
