mellow, as a fan of yours I feel the need to warn you. In the past, 30 out of 35 teams that won game 3 have gone on to win the title. Please be careful with the Heat series wager. Best of luck.

Parker's uncertainty is a large factor tomorrow. Even if he is feeling well, the Heat have focused their entire scheme on controlling his forays into the paint and denying him open passing lanes. Even a slight hindrance or doubt in his ability to cut or apply his speed will be relevant against what should be a voracious Heat D. This Parker angle is not being discussed enough. He is the ignition to the Spurs offensive flow.
In addition, Pop is a great coach, but Neal and Green will not shoot like that again. That was a once in a lifetime NBA Finals performance by 2 role players. Do not overcompensate for what you just witnessed, similar to the 33-5 run for the Heat in Game 2. Neither of those stats is statistically applicable in wagering. They are outliers. To the extreme.
LeBron looked like a tame tiger last night and I simply do not envision him playing in a similar fashion tomorrow. Disappointing to see the MVP shy away so mightily, but, lest we forget, he has proven that he can muster the will to overcome dire circumstances.
Same for Wade.
This series is far from over and the Heat will take Game 4, imo, and turn this into a 3 game series. If it is 2-2 after Game 4, I am not sure what to make of Game 5, other than it might be one of the most epic games in NBA playoff history. One I would look forward to.

Mello I live on SA so take this with a grain of salt... Tony is one TUFF SOB he will make sure he is ready plus our 2nd team isn't all that bad. I believe he will play and be a distributor again as he was last night if that's the case look out.

Valid points made. The only thing I disagree on is the health of Tony Parker and the strength of the bench.
1. I think Parker was fine and could have come back and been very effective, BUT Popovich is the slickest, most under the radar coach in the NBA (check his resume') and I "think" he's pulling a fast one and playing mind games with Spoelstra and the Heat. The old rope a dope, forcing them to game plan for Gary Neal.
2. Even if Parker has to sit out a game the spurs are 11-5 in his absence, and Mario Chalmers is a coward. In the 1st game the Spurs played in Miami this season the Spurs back ups almost beat them, and would have won was it not for last minute heroics.
I'm not convinced either way, but the Spurs make a damn good logical argument, whereas the best reasoning behind Miami (and its legit a good one too) is "its Lebron and the Miami Heat, they should win".
