Big difference in that the Pacers were underdogs at Philly. They were getting 2. Giving 7.5 is a more difficult line to "mess around" and cover. Also, the Sixers had no Thad Young and their offense is clearly dysfunctional without him. Jrue is their only threat. The Sixers also don't attack and are dead last in FT's per game. The Raps, on the other hand, have multiple threats to score and can get to the line. Even without Rudy for the bulk of the season, the Raps are top 11 in FT made per game(17.2).
