Over thinking heats -2.5 @ pacers?

Question

At first I thought this would be easy play for heats. Then I looked deeper. Pacers are good at home. They play better at home based on their record. Heats lost last game SU to the bulls.Also pacers height and length of their players scares me. They will definitely be able to pound the boards which would make me believe that if heats are missing their shots, they won&#x27;t get many second chances. If pacers miss, their bigs will help them on the offensive boards and tip ins. Miami is a bad rebounding team which is a very bad thing. I can&#x27;t trust Miami 100% after watching the bulls game. Am I over thinking this?  I am very close to switch my play (small of course) and even take a stab at the money line...  Anyone else have some insight?

I wont touch Heat. I really don&#x27;t think that thay have played that good lately. James is the only player that shows up in every game. He will play tonight but wont be a 100% fit. That leave Heat left with a Wade on only 85-90% (he hasn&#x27;t been good all season), LBJ on 90%, Bosh on 100% (but he will be matched up just fine by the Pacers tonight) and Allen 100%.

I don&#x27;t know about you, but I can&#x27;t trust the Heat at all. Recently, they have a habit of not only throwing the spread, but also losing straight-up.

I&#x27;m scared of the recent play of the Heat, but I&#x27;m hoping they turn things around tonight, even with a tough interior defense, and players of the Pacers. -2.0 isn&#x27;t that big of a spread, I hope they can come through for me, and you as well if you take them. BOL

there&#x27;s a reason heat is only -2.5, vegas wants you to take the heat. They opened up at -4 and now the line has dropped to -2.5, but the thing is, the public are pounding the heat and you would think the spread would go up, but instead, the spread went down. for me, i would take the pacers or a no play.

I agree with DeadPresidentz.. The line is baiting you to take Miami, but if the line is that fishy and you don't feel confident in the play, then lay off. Don't have to bet every game.

Indy is very good at home as they play very well paced (no pun intended). The key to me is the rebounding, which the Heat are very bad at. They've been working on it in practice as you saw with the Wiz game the other night, and they know they're facing a tough rebounding team in Indiana. I expect the total to be right at or Under, depends if the Heat are hot from the arc. I don't expect Lebron to be charging down the lane as he is not 100%.

Tonight is a no play for me on this one, just haven't been able to trust the Heat being consistent ATS.

Yea. That&#x27;s what I thought. Thanks for input. I am going to take pacers first half and all game. Both teams had 2-3 days rest so fatigue should not be a factor. I just see the pacers big men having an easy day.  Who&#x27;s going to Stop them?  Udonis and bosh?

i think heat would win tonight cause they are simply better than Indy.&#xD;&#xA;last year they won evry game against indy&#xD;&#xA;tonight would be teh same i think
