Anyone here make picks by just studing the numbers, trends, reading reviews of games but you dont watch the games?

Anyone bet seconds halfs without watching the first? only using stats/info?

Hi Raider,

I have never watched a basketball game in my life, my main game is AFL (in Australia), both for watching and betting. That game is played Mar - Sep and so NBA is a nice off-season game.

Currently 30-12-1 since the start of December. best of luck to you.

Picks for tomorrow: GSW + 6, Kni - 6

I watch very few games but bet almost every night.  Sometimes I even win.

Hey Jumbo, how posting those AFL plays this March in here? I see them on Heritage...

I wish I hadn't seen how Okla pissed my money away last night-they looked like they were purposely losing...

Sometimes I feel watching the games influences my decisions too much, especially remembering what a team or players did or didnt do in a previous game.

Watching NBA (when you bet on it) will give you a heart attack. It can be really stressful because basketball is a game of runs (teams go on scoring runs). Even if your team is up by 20 pts at the half, they could lose the game by 20 pts.
I usually do watch 2-4 games per night, but I don't let myself get worked up if my team is winning or losing because it can change in a blink of an eye.
