LAL -4 is a big spread here ( baited ??), and take into consideration, previous match , they lost 107-116. If LAL -2.5 like today MIA game, I'd think NYK have a chance to win ( LAL -3 or lower at home , they tend to not cover , conspiracy theory). In the paper ( stats , ats) , yup , NYK is better. But you got to factor in motivation, momentum , home field advantage , the fans, the fours are healthy again, and Nash really made a difference last game vs. GSW. Like yesterday bowl game , in the paper Fresno ( ats, stats ) is better , and favor of -13.5 , and got blew out by SMU.
I'd take LAL -1 @ 1Q like Nets game. Home field advantage . Got the momentum going , the hype of 4 game winning streak, and they play good at begin of game , while NYK play bad at the begin of game.
Compare btw LAL game n MIA game:
NYK 20-7 ( ATS 15-12-0)
LAL 13-14 ( ATS 11-15-1) and LAL -4 ???
while,
OKC 21-5 ( 16-19-1 )
