Erik Spoelstra coaches for the almost champion Heat 2 years ago and the championship Heat last year. Do you agree that you don't need a good coach as long as you have elite players willing to play as a team? Do you think Chicago Bulls would had won all of those championship without Phil Jackson? Did you really think Jordan and Pippen needed Phil Jackson? Do you think Lakers would had won all of those championship without Phil Jackson? Did you think Kobe and Shaq needed Phil?

I just wanted some more input as I am trying to argue, "You don't really need a legendary or a great coach as long as you have at least 2 superstars playing as a team and a bunch of role players willing to do their part."

A great coach gives order to chaos, my friend. Talent means nothing if it isn&#x27;t guided in the proper direction. Talent, for sure, makes things better but good coaching brings the championship to reality.
