NBA 2nd half season: 30-16



Game of the week: Denver Nuggets PK (3.3 units to win 3)

I absolutely love this play and I'm calling this game of the week! These two teams have already met this year in Feb 19th in Oklahoma and OKC ended up winning the game in over time. Denver was without Gallo or Nene and was able to keep up with OKC all night. Now remember, this is the game when KD dropped 51pts , Russell had 40 and Serge Ibaka added 14 points, 15 rebounds and a career-best 11 blocks for his first triple-double. Well tonight, Gallo and Nene is back and most importantly, they're in Denver. People are forgetting that Nuggets were one of the best teams in the league before the injuries. Add in the look ahead spot for the OKC as they host San Antonio Spurs the next night on ESPN! 

and of course.... OKC is getting pounded by the public (90%/10%) and Vegas is playing this game just right by giving PK to the Thunders.

Its a pick em.  Tough to bet against KD and CO

I'm going to stay out of this one, going to be a good game

If they getting pounded so hard Tyson, Doesnt it make sense too do some line watching and bet this game with the nuggets + ML.. I am thinking OKC wil be road Favorites by tip-off

Oklahoma City Thunder at Denver Nuggets (1, 211)

The Denver Nuggets have dropped four of their last five against the spread, but at least the club’s supporters are seeing a bit of progress.

Danilo Gallinari finally looked more like himself after recovering from his foot injury in a 118-117 overtime win against Atlanta on Tuesday.

After failing to crack 10 points in his first three game back in the lineup, he scored 19 points and hit a key trey near the end of regulation.

"I think it's trying to get him into easy opportunities where you get more layups and easy shots, rather than trying to play one-on-one and get into the teeth of the defense," coach George Karl about Gallinari. "It's trying to get more actions by playing before the defense gets set, running the court, maybe getting some offensive boards and get confidence from easy opportunities."

With Oklahoma City sputtering, we like the Nuggets in this spot.

Haha yes it is my #1 bet! hope this angle continues... and also Nuggets are screammmming in my ear to pick them! and Whenever that happens.... I'm 7-0 (ask 44-dimes)

I really like the pick.  Huge revenge game for Denver after getting beat by OKC in the playoffs.  OKC has not faired well in Denver either, I think they are like 1-8 in their last 9 games there.

@ raitha : Nuggets will be fine without Nene! Manimal (Faried) has been an animal replacing Nene's absence. With Faried in the line up, Nuggets are more of a fast break team with more athleticism on the court. The line went up +.5 pts with after Nene's trade...  I wouldn't be worried! 

Now that Nene's gone, publics going to be ALL over OKC... kinda reminds me of last nights game when D Rose got sidelined and everybody went crazy on the Heat!

Line hasn't even moved up.  It was at +1.5 prior to the trade, and is still at +1.5.  It moved to +2, but shortly moved back to +1.5.

I think the fact that this line didn't move upwards towards DEN +3 is pretty telling that the books have confidence in DEN.  If OKC was getting close to 75% of the bets prior to the trade, I'm sure OKC is getting around 90% of them bets after the Nene trade.

NENE hasn't been the big man anchor, not in awhile anyway.

this can go either way IMO. OKC hasn't been playing well as of late, I know cuz I have been losing taking them as of late.
