#1 Posted: 1/29/2012 1:18:32 PM 2-2 yesterday. Hit the 4th Q system play but winced on the Bobcats +2. Big card today lets get em.
Celtics just played two hard-fought games against conference opponents in the Magic and the Pacers and now have to get up for a measly Cavs team. I don't see them being energetic or focused until halftime.
Fading the Hawks in the 1H today as well as they needed extra energy late
last game to come back from a 10+ point deficit at halftime to the
Pistons and came back to win it in overtime. Again I don't see them
being focused until halftime. The Hornets are rocking the #1 ATS
record this year in the 1Q and will be carrying early momentum after ending a long losing streak the other day.
Cavaliers +2 (1Q) Cavaliers +3.5 (1H) Celtics -1.5 (3Q)
Hornets +0.5 (1Q) Hornets +1 (1H)
Timberwolves -2 Bulls +5 (-120)
Lakers/Timberwolves Under 183 Hawks/Hornets Over 176.5
-The Hawks are 11-0 OVER since January 13, 2008 with at most one day of rest off an overtime game as a favorite.
Will most likely be adding a spurs play if Dirk is returning to the lineup.
Big card today

Dirk Nowitzki is still planning to return on Sunday, although a final decision hasn't been made. Nowitzki sounds like he's planning to give it a go against the Spurs today, but the final decision rests with coach Rick Carlisle. The best plan is to have Dirk in your lineup in hopes that he plays, but we hope to have a final answer prior to game time. Source: ESPN.com Jan 29 - 2:06 AM |

I don;t like the fact that the line just jumped half a point. I think the Heat will get off to a good start and I'll look for a play on the bulls at halftime.

#18 Posted: 1/29/2012 3:35:55 PM "If I knew why we had those sort of energy-drain moments, I'd fix it," Drew said. "It's something we have to continue stressing to these guys. They can't straggle out of the gate every night. That's just something we have to fix."
The Hornets beat the Hawks 100-59 last time they played and the last 3 meetings they played. I think a lot of good teams are covering in New Orleans because they know New Orleans plays good D and are a very dangerous team. I think this is why the Hawks will come out firing today. Just my thoughts on that game.
Good luck on the Cavs. I have a strong lean towards them I'm just not digging the fact that the line is low at 6.5. I was expecting and wanting a line around 8-8.5. BOL League. |

Problem with that statement is the players don't really respect their coach. This was the same for them all last year and the coach could never get his team up for a game unless it was against a top tier team. Hawks are a huge jeckyl and hyde team they tend not to showup more times then not and I have no trust in Larry Drew to get his team up for a team with the worst record in the league.
