The lines are pretty sharp most of the time. If you're saying someone is an idiot for taking a certain line, then you probably are the idiot.

What you people don't get is that this was not predetermined, could have easily be a close game instead.

basketball is all about match up. look at the starting 5 match up, injuries, and then look at the line to see if the line makes sense. 

you're capping the utah because its a game opener with a fresh roster? LOL
lakers bad beat in game 1 and lose to kings? how are those two games going to define how the lakers play against the jazz? the match up is completely different. 
3 games in a row at home with no real traveling of course lakes will be favorite they still got kobe and gasol. who does utah have?  

i'd advise you to change up the way you're capping nba games

this thread was created cause it was a blowout for lakers, plus the huge total pt under.. why was it not even a close game if vegas offered such low line for lakers......utah had no shot at this game at any point after 1st q........this was like a no sweat match .. easy money lakers......hinesight...

vegas dont pay out easy money like this...... it only makes sense that utah had backers.....

just look at the lineups.. utah has no shooters and a coach that was like 8-21 last year... lakers back ups could of beat the jazz.... people over analyze too much when betting... under was obvious... lakers tired jazz cold from not playing yet.

no one got trapped here...the jazz only scored like 70 pts...i'm pretty sure a whole lot of home teams in the nba would've covered when the road team shoots like crap. doesn't matter how many games in a row the home team just played back to back to back
