I didn’t learn my lesson from Game 3 and took a short line with the Hawks in a game that the Bulls were gonna come out and play hard. However, this game is different. The Grizzlies and Thunder are evenly matched teams and the Grizzlies easily could have won this series if they could have closed out Game 4.
Grizzlies -1 (-115) to win 6 units
The Grizzlies are one of the most hard-working teams in the league and they collectively have the best fight and heart compared to any team in the league.
"Shots weren't falling for us but you still have to come with great effort and we didn't bring it at all," guard Mike Conley said. "They outplayed us in every area of the game. I wish I could tell you why. It just wasn't there.
"They hit us and kept hitting us and we didn't fight back."
“I don't think we'll have a problem getting up for this one," Conley said. "We got embarrassed tonight."
After a horrific performance and work ethic seen by the Grizz in Game 5 they will come out with every ounce of energy in their body for Game 6 in front of their home fans. They didn’t exude too much energy in Game 5 and with a day of rest to regroup I think they’ll be bringin the energy in Game 6 with their backs against the wall.Z-Bo and Gasol will be ready to go after barely being up to run up the court on Wednesday.Even if the Grizz get down they almost always fight back and the crowd will push them through the pain to keep on competing.
Now let’s take a look at Game 5.The Grizzlies actually came out solid taking an early 15-8 lead on the Thunder and they hung around until mid-way through the 2nd quarter. However, the Grizzlies missed a total of about 15 layups or close shots near the basket due to their tired legs.On top of that they turned the ball over many times when in transition to ruin opportunities to score. The Grizzlies are one of the best rebounding teams in the league.HOWEVER THE GRIZZLIES GOT OUTREBOUNDED 50-33 BY THE THUNDER.I can’t see that happening on their homecourt in fact I expect the Grizz to dominate the glass next game and keep the Thunder from getting extra possessions and easy points off of offensive rebounds.
I also look at this as a potential emotional let-down spot for the Thunder.Yes, they will be going for the kill and the series win here but that they have really put the pedal to the metal in Games 3, 4, and 5 on the defensive end.The Grizzlies did not show up in Game 5 so I think they’ll be rejuvenated in front of their home crowd to get this one.I think it’s going to be extremely tough for the Thunder to come out with the energy they have played with the past 3 greuling games knowing that their season is not on the line Friday night and that they have Game 7 at home.
GO VANCOUVER GRIZZLIES!

Iam for memphis but this is a hard bet in the sense that we are picking the underdog in the series e.g. us picking the ATL in game 6 and boston in game 5 which is a longshot. I LOVE MEMPHIS BUT CANT FOLLOW THROUGH!

As I said, I like Memphis to win and cover, but there will be a doubleheader Sunday either way. Only question is whether OKC will be playing Memphis or Dallas on Sunday.

I was thinking Memphis but i m staying away now. Up untill game 4 1st Q it was toss up. Since that 1st q Memphis hasn't won any quaters including OT. That s 7 q + OT Oky hasn't lost any q. For team known for battle all... it might be tell tale sign. So i ll just enjoy the game tonight.
Good Luck!

Good luck to both of us Mr.Baker !
ya bloody Hawks almost all of my playoff picks have been either winners or close losers- except for Hawks game 3, game 6 and game 4 under. I'm just glad that series is over.
Let's go Grizz

That atl bet hurt hey? Who would have thought we would see THAT atl team.
I think this starts a "Nba 2011 game 7 chase bet".
It began first round and continues untill we see a game 7
Ever seen an nba playoffs with no gm 7?
Yeee Go Reeves put em in tha hoop tonight no more missed layups. Ya that's interesting that there hasn't been a Game 7. That's not having any impact on my play I just feel as though the Grizzlies are going to have a very strong game and as one of the better home teams in the league they will give the Thunder all they can handle and unlike the Hawks the Grizzlies can beat and play with the Thunder's best

Ya that garbage Hawks play pissed me off because it's not easy to hit a similar play the next night. However, never let another game or series play influence what you feel is the right play in a game. I was 1-4 on unders in the 2nd round but did not pass up the Grizzlies under in Game 5 when it was the right play. If you don't like the Grizzlies don't play them but if you do like the Grizzlies don't let a stupid Hawks bet that you made last night influence you because this Grizzlies team is as good as OKC, they have finishers, they have heart, they are one of the best home teams and will be rested and ready to give it their blood, sweat and tears tonight.
BOL on whatever you decide.

I like Memphis 1st quarter to come out strong, possibly a first half play.
But full game? BOL.
I like the Grizzlies full game. This team is very resilient and even if they get down a couple points at the beginning they will fight back and not let the home crowd down. BOL I'm not huge on 1st quarter wagers but I definitely see the Grizz coming out strong tonight.
