The Cleveland Cavaliers continue to feel the wrath of the Miami Heat and former star LeBron James – even when they’re playing the Heat’s main title competition, the Los Angeles Lakers.
After L.A. was dealt a one-sided beating from Miami on Christmas Day, the Lakers have been considered fallen champions. So, with the Heat in town to play the Clippers Wednesday, the Lakers wanted to flex their muscles and show they can also pound on LeBron’s old squad, whipping the Cavs 112-57 Tuesday night.
The message was somewhat received, prompting James to take another swing at his former teammates, posting “Crazy. Karma is a b****. Gets you every time. It's not good to wish bad on anybody. God sees everything!” on his Twitter account. Leave it to LeBron to make it all about himself and confuse Phil and Kobe’s wrath for God’s.
Do you think the Lakers’ beatdown of Cleveland was a message to Miami or was it just a great team playing a bad one? And should we expect the same from the Heat when they take on the Lakers' roommates, the Clippers, Wednesday?
I'm gladly giving the 8.5 points expecting this NBA pissing contest to continue.
