Magic vs. Clippers comes down to one thing and one thing only...

If Dwight Howard stays out of foul trouble, the Magic cruise to a double digit victory.  If he doesn't, the Clippers win.  The Clippers will get the usual 20-25 from Eric Gordon but Blake Griffin will not get any of his usual putback dunks with howard in the middle.  If Howard isn't in there, Gortat and Brandon Bass stand no shot of stopping Blake.  It's either gonna be a very quiet night for Blake or an absolute monster game.  But with the referee assignments tonight, I expect Howard to be in there and play upwards of 40+ minutes.

Gortat can do a good job on Blake even if Dwight is in foul trouble.  Gortat is a solid defensive center.

A really doesnt come down to Dwight....the Magic need to score POINTS. It senseless to hold teams to 85 when you can only score 80. Score 100 and they win... easily. The defense will always be there...its the 4 and 5 minute scoring droughts that kill them

Amen that what scares me.  Still took magic though cant in good sense ever back clippers even if they beat me too many 4th qtr meltdowns.

it comes down to if the magic can score, no doubt they will hold the clippers to under 95 pts, its whether they can put up 95. either way i think the magic blow this one out by 30

I got magic +2.5 1st quarter, 2nd quarter +2 and under 190.5............gonna see how the first two quarters play out and see about a semi-large 2nd half bet

I agree with a lot of your points but as you can clearly see, this is a completely different game with Howard on the bench in foul trouble.  Gortat may be a good defensive center but he is nowhere near the athlete that blake griffin is.  If Howard can't stay on the court tonight, this game is going to get interesting just watch.

And with this said the Magic have scored 18 POINTS IN 18 minutes of the second half! This team is worse than a college basketball team in terms of scoring points

Yup I agreed with your analysis completely... But I was also correct.  The Magic looked absolutely lost when Dwight was on the bench with foul trouble in the third quarter....we were both right.
