for those of you who keep contesting games are not fixed just open your eyes...indiana has averaged totals this preseason at around 175.tonight their over/under was 197 which seemed really high.one half is over and one team is shooting 46% and the other 37% so you would think the score would be like 45-38 or so...nope its 55-40 thanks to the 38 free throws shot in the first half...thats right...38 free throws in one half on an NBA game...lol the only reason its not about 110 points at the half is because there has already been 14 missed ft...i think its funny the fix might still not hit because these chumps cant make a free throw!

So no - the refs didn't sit around before this game and predetermined they were going to call a sh*t ton of fouls tonight. That's the way the main ref is, and his crew usually goes along with it.
Otherwise you would know that the Bucks shot almost 50 FT's last night and while it is out of the ordinary (its' not in today's NBA when you get some really physical games on top of heated emotions).
Get a clue of what the term "fixed" means before you go around proclaiming that.

haha when i say fixed i dont mean it in the term most people think of it.i dont believe most fixes are with players.they make way too much money.but i do believe refs can call a few extra fouls if the game has no flow...as far as telling me what i can write or not...this is a PUBLIC forum i can say what ever i like...thank you!

haha 76 free throws in one preseason game none the less...and it still almost went under...funny thing was after it went over new orleans didnt even bother fouling with 1.6 seconds left....hmmmmmmmmmm

lol dude i was on the under 193.5 chi/dal. they shoot close to 70 in the 1st qrt. thought the game was over. a slow 2nd half leaves the under alive at 191 n fkin rose hits a 3 lol to tie it up wit 1.6seconds left! bastard..
anyway i had pacers -3.5 as well today. 2 close losses :(

The Whole league is fixed in general. It is nothing but money to half the players in the league and if they don't make what they want money wise then they play half ass on the court. It's not for the love of the game in the NBA like it is for the most part in college. It's for the love of the paper in the NBA. I can't wait for college basketball b/c watching the NBA so far has been nothing but a downer.

I made so much money in the playoffs last year, it was obvious that Stern wanted the big time teams, with big time stars to win their series and advance, because the big teams generate the most money for him. It's a shame that the NBA is a cash cow for him now instead of a sporting event. I used to love the NBA as a kid watching Jordan, Malone, Kemp, Reggie Miller...now it's boring because everybody worships Kobe and we all know the Lakers make Stern money when they make the playoffs...so if Stern will make money off of them, I might as well too.
