Question

No one game is worth seven thousand, ten thousand, twenty thousand, one thousand.  Your life, your sanity, would all be better if you just put a set amount a game, forget your losses and never chase.  I cannot believe some of the stuff I see here.  People (if true) are losing thousands to bookies.  Especially in tough times like these.  ALWAYS A SET AMOUNT A GAME, NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS. Enjoy your life, don&#x27;t stress over this shit.  It&#x27;s not worth it.

Great advice.  I think it is sometimes hard to not Chase or fire off on a pick you "love" but in any one game, anything can happen.  Use good bankroll management and set a max bet/unit for your favorite games and stick to it.  Thanks for the great advice, very underrated.

I lost by ONE POINT.  What if that loss was for 7 thousand? I couldn&#x27;t live with myself.  It&#x27;s okay to go the other way or bet something you like, as long as it doesn&#x27;t kill your bank account, rent, relationships, or life.

Of course we all should only gamble with what we can afford but certain time when you see a play that you like so much, why not let it ride.  The main thing, IMO, is gamble with what you have and do not let anyone&#x27;s else opinion persuades you from your play because at the end, you&#x27;re responsible for your own action.
