1st play is:
Washington +10 for 50 units... This spread is very inflated IMO for a combination of 2 reasons.
1.) The books are still banking on the Wizards to stop playing hard. (Thats just my opinion)
2.) The recent surge of the Bucks in what is my opinion again considered very overrated. Lets take a look at their recent hot streak. I will even look back to January 15th were since then they are 15-8su and 19-4ats in 23 games played. Now lets look at the 15 wins and who they actually beat in that span:
@ Golden State , Toronto , Minnesota , Philadelphia , Miami , @ Miami , @ New York , Indiana , @ New Jersey , @ Detroit , Charlotte , @ New York , New Orleans , @ Indiana & @ Miami
So Toronto and New Orleans were the only victories on that list that had winning records and those 2 teams combined are only 4 games over .500 (nothing special thats for sure). Their is absolutely nothing that warrants this Bucks team to be favored by DD in this spot at all IMO. They have not been DD favs all season not even once and they should'nt be tonight with the way that the Wizards are fighting and playing on every possession like something is at stake. Iv'e already put in words before how excellent Blatche has been and how these players are playing with purpose so I wont get into it again. Rest assured the Bucks will have their hands full trying to cover this overinflated spread IMO as their schedule suggests they should not be favored by DD to anyone in this league not even the Nets. Very strong play on the Wizards plus the points tonight...

I know this is a different Bucks team this season but for what its worth (and it's worth something to me) the Bucks are only 12-26ats in the last 14 years as home Favs of 9.5-12pts. So thats 31.5% in this situation in almost 15 seasons of basketball.![]()
You got to like those numbers![]()

what do you think about this?
in the 2nd half of the season, vs poor defensive teams (allowing 99ppg+), the bucks are 9-1 ATS and 9-2 SU .. and in the entire season the bucks are 21-5 ATS and 18-9 SU vs poor defensive teams, also with the way skiles always harps on defensive i dont really see a defensive letdown by the bucks, and with the way they have been scoring recently they should be able to score on a weak wizards team, also combine that with the fact that they're coming off of 2 days rest ... thoughts??
