We only have 2 games today, Sunday, 2-07, so we don't have much to play on target. Here's my take for today's game:
Toronto (-8.5) is an easy pick, almost a LOCK,
I hate to say the word but it really applies here. The Raptors will
have had a 4 day rest before today's game, while the West Coast based
Kings will technically play at 9 am Pacific (12 noon EST), or at least
that's what their body clock will be telling them. Add to the fact that
the Raptors, who are always a tough out at home, are expected to get
Hedo Turkoglu (fractured orbital bone) and rookie DeMar DeRozan (ankle)
back in the lineup tomorrow. As for the points total players, I'm
leaning towards the UNDER (O/U 215), and it needs lots of help from the
Kings side to get it past that number.
I'm definitely taking Toronto all the way from the 1st quarter, the half and the game!
The odds
are not yet out for the Magic/Celtics game but I saw an old and tired
Celtics team against the Nets the other night. The Magic on the other
hand, got caught looking ahead and lost to the lowly Wizards, that
should serve as a wake-up call for them not to take ANY game lightly.
I'm leaning towards the Magic and the UNDER on this one, I'll wait for
the odds to come out before I put my bets in.
I might even take the ML on the Magic if they happen to be the dog!

That will be a first I believe, if the Magic turns out as a road favorite by -4.5ish against the #2 team in the Eastern Conference right now. Plus add to the fact that the Celtics (deceptive streak) are on a 3 game winning streak and the Magic just got stung by the Wiz.
I don't think so bro...

Good points on the time difference. I was originally thinking SAC keeps it close from their guard play. You have me on the fense now. I just can't seem to get excited about TOR winning double digets... I think Evens/Martin will destroy Jack and Calderon today for big points. Bosh should have his way - but Thompson is back and they have some decent size downlow, Turk sucks anyways, X factor is D.Greene vs. Bargani... Actually - I like how Sac matches up... Iean towards them... BOL

as for TORONTO, im confident in their abilities to win game, im just scared with the 8.5 line, they will not cover...even tho hedo/derozan is coming back into line up, SAC has been playing pretty tightly with other competitive teams

Hey T9 its unlike you to lash out at the odd moron who likes to point out when you have a bad night. You don't need to defend yourself the record says enough and 95% of people here know that. Anyway im not much of a hoops guy i just pick what you pick but do know RAPS are Sundays at home. 1st quarter should be a winner too gl man.
