Drinking coffee, opening presents and degenerate action... nice way to start xmas morning. Heat coming off a big homestand and their first road game in 18 days. Knicks in the midst of a successful homestand where they've won the first three games. I expect a nice defensive effort out of NY and would lean the under as well.
CAVS/LAKERS UNDER 194***
More defense than offense here... Both teams rank in the top 5 in league defense not to mention that this is the best defensive team Cleveland will have seen all season. Lakers lock it down coming off 2 days rest and if the Cavs have it their way, they'll milk this clock down. Lakers pace of play is negated by their defensive prowess. Laker 98 Cavs 92.
CLIPS/SUNS UNDER 211**
Last 5 meetings have averaged 226.6 total points and Vegas opens the total at 210... I think this is to bait over backers, especially with the possibility of Barbosa returning. Frankly, I don't see this game going higher than 205. Clips playing the last of a 6 game, 10 day road swing and a getaway day for PHX as they have a game at GSW the next day. Under is 6-1 this year in the first game of a b2b for the Suns.
