MIA @ NY analysis

Question

OK, most of covers (including me) like MIA....the Revenge Factor might not carry that much weight....not makin a pic here, just reporting what I see....Line opened at Pinnacle at minus 1....now minus 2.5....Are the early (not necessarily sharp, but maybe) bettors seeing the Revenge Factor, and seeing 3 SU by the Knicks??

Would appreciate input.....

Do you idiots know the game is played on the court when they throw the tip. Why is everyone bringing revenge factor! and fishy line! and line movement. Why don't you have discussions about the match-ups (the guys will decide on the floor). Heres a starting point the Knicks have won their last six home games due to finding the right rotation , slower pace and STRONG EFFORT ON D.

Remember when the Jordan led Bulls beat the Celts, then travelled to take on the lowly T-Wolves....As a 13 pt fav, they won by 1 pt.&#xD;&#xA;Revenge, emotional letdown, B2B may not carry the weight traditional cappers think they do, but, that&#x27;s what I&#x27;m tryin to find out..!!!&#xD;&#xA;Thanks for the input, and GL !!!

[/Quote]You think i don&#x27;t know about factoring in motivation, situational, revenge when you can actually count on a team playing with pride followin a bad loss, philology, etc along with match-ups. Sorry, I&#x27;m a long-term winner who knows what hes doing unlike your boy paul right above me who is throwing around chump changes and betting with his eyes closed.

hey livin,you know what you tool.....this is my last commenet to you......i am a disabled vet from the first gulf war who has to taks morphine twice a day,norco,another powerfull narcotic med ...just to move around the house...i dont bring that up for pitty...i bring it up cause i sit here all day on this site handicapping games....i dont play alot cause i used to lose alot when i did.......however...at least i got the balls to post my picks which i take about 8 hours a day analisying.....so for a tool like you to tell me i throw darts for my selections???you dont know crap....and if you came on here to ruin everyone elses opinion...go cry somewhere else......ive proven myself with my posts...go get a tissue for yourself like someone already wrote on a specail post just for you....sorry glen i had to get that out......any way ill keep posting my wins regardless of you whining haters...peace

I actually like the over in this one.  I think both teams come out hyped up.  I can&#x27;t stand the people that talk about how a team is playing, but clearly never watch them.  The Knicks are playing very nicely and don&#x27;t back down from anyone.  I watch every game of theirs.  It makes me nervous to lay any points with them against D Wade on Christmas.  I do think they are going to play well.  I also strongly believe they are pumped to have this spot to play on and at home where they have been great.

Uhhhhh.....maybe it&#x27;s because anybody posting on WAGERLINE is a square bettor and is by no means any smarter or has any edge over the oddsmakers. The line "speaks" volumes for a game. I&#x27;ve learned over the years that you will NEVER outsmart the oddsmakers. You find out early in the day that Jermaine O&#x27;Neal is out..or that his wife had a baby...or that he&#x27;s fighting with the coach....doesn&#x27;t matter my friend...the oddsmaker knew this a couple days ago and the line has taken this into account. Bottom line my friend...you can analyze matchups all you want...you&#x27;re not gonna notice something that oddsmakers forgot about for some reason.

Glen, I am playing over 197.5&#xD;&#xA;At first glance, it appears the knicks have finally started playing defense and reverted to the old-school 90&#x27;s knicks.....&#xD;&#xA;.......OR did they just happen to play a bunch of mediocre offensive teams/slower paced teams?  Knicks have played 7 out of 8 unders, but look who the unders were against:  nets, blazers, bobcats x 2, bulls x 2, clippers ...... &#xD;&#xA;..... the last 4 meetings between heat and knicks have gone well over 200...... &#xD;&#xA;Heat have been inconsistent the last last 2 weeks, one night looking great, the next night mediocre offensively, but against the average if not mediocre D of the knicks they should be alright....&#xD;&#xA;I feel we are getting a sweet line today at 197.5 (opened 200), especially with the shitfest witnessed the other day between miami and utah...... &#xD;&#xA;OVER 197.5
