This is like the 2 titles won when Jordan left the league for a couple years in 94 and 95. Did the Rockets knock off the defending champs? No, and they never would have. They'd beat the '09 Lake Show, but that's besides the point.

so it looks like LA handled the "varsity" twice already this year I think they are glad they only have to hammer the JV for the title though I agree the Celtics would have come out of the East with Garnett healthy but evidence shows LA would have still won. I'm sorry your team got injured but honestly I'd get used to it. The Celtics aren't getting any younger. I was amazed the NBA didn't postpone the entire season once KB got hurt. I mean, how was anything legit after his injury?
For that matter, I was also amazed they didn't postpone the 08 season until Bynum and Ariza were fully healthy as well. But no, Celtics got their illegit crown as well.
