Shaquille O'Neal's horrible free throw shooting never cost his team a title.  Dwight Howard can no longer say the same for himself.  I hope this haunts him forever.

I was so confident in my magic pick too.  I was at work tonight and the magic were up by 12 and then my coworker tells me the lakers are up by 3.  And i'm ohhhh shit.  The fact they lost tonight boggles my mind.

Jameer wasn't the only guilty party. But yes, he should have been all over Fisher in regulation shot. But Alston was throwing up all kinds of wild stuff and blew the halftime lead. And he wasn't rotating on D.

Magic are not the smartest team. They force shots when they are ahead because they try to work the clock and wait too long to make their move. When they are behind, they pass it around and take the first open shot. They stop dong that when they get ahead and always let the other team back in. Frustrating.

And they got out-hustled for many offensive rebounds by the Lakers.

Refs were cheating hard for the home team, but Salvatore and friends can't shoot the free throws for them, too (although I wish they could have).

the magic are an immature basketball team basketball team... i was not referring to you if thats what you were thinking. I do not understand how anyone could put money on a team with their level of playoff experience vs the los angeles lakers... its quite comical.

Those stupid mistakes that you think the magic players should have known not to make are just things that happen in the heat of the moment. Sure he's gonna regret it but he will learn from it and become a better player.. thats what this is all about.

Indeed, that was a choke that will go down in NBA Finals infamy.  I wanted Pau Gasol to give Pietrus the choke sign after Pietrus slammed him in the back on that last dunk.  That would have been awesome.
