Lakers vs Nuggets = Take the Lakers

I would like to start out by saying something here has got to give
more on that in a sec.

Laker Homer Mr, Bounty Hunter already posted part of what i was going to say regarding the fact that

 LA  is  5-0 after a SU Loss

This is the 1st since the playoffs had started that The Lakers have even been an underdog.


 I also will say that they have not lost on the road as the Dog more than once in the past  months. They are rarely a dog.

The Lakers are the best Road Team (besides the Magic)
and now you throw in the fact that they are coming off a loss..

 This Laker team has shown us already how they respond and those who took the Lakers in those spots will attest to.

Denver--- as the whole world knows Undefeated vs the Spread.
That is historic and to be well respected and being Gold Rush, I am kind of have a soft spot for Gold Nuggets.

But if you are talking about reality for the team  the spread is not an issue. Wins and Losses are. So if you put the Lakers bounce back Win / Loss Record vs the ATS perspective you have to really think about this game..

Go with a spread trend which is sure to end eventually- Or pick the team that Wins after they lose . Which = a cover in this case
the spread is not really an issue if you are a laker baker.

The Nuggets just want a win and no one on that team will be pissed if they win by 2. But the Lakers win in this spot and have had a ton of success in Denver. This is not Portland.

Also note that The Lakers have not even been a Dog much in the past months. I look to a loss at Portland- a place where they always lose back on Apr 10 in which they did not cover as a dog

But you have to go as far back as the Loss in Utah Feb 11

 A game I predicted In B2B  road Game in UTAH after that grueling but highly successful Road Trip in which they beat Cleveland and beat the Celtics. Covering as a Dog + 5 vs clev

All in all if there were a time for this Golden Trend to End
it is tonight. So I am going with the Lakers to cover
and I just might buy some points to make it LA + 5

Those are some big if's but I am going on the teams edge coming off a loss and of course Kobe - Hard to bet against him as a dog

Not quite sure what you mean that they are not in a current situation where they can not take control. Every team controls their own destiny no matter what the circumstances.

If they win, they are in Control, if they lose, than they are not

And they are 1- 1 not -0-2 so its a draw so far

It is funny to me how Laker fans just totally rebuke the first two games and instead follow their favorable stats instead of looking at how Denver played against them in LA 

Keep in mind that LA hosts playoff games every year. This is the first Western Conference Final game to be played in Denver in 24 years!
