Denver and Cleveland has yet to play this pathetic in the playoffs. If you can't even make a game against Houston without Yao, how in the world are you going to beat Denver.

Denver is up 3-0 against a very solid Dallas team. Remember Dallas did beat Houston, and Dallas also beat the crap out of the Spurs in a short 4-1 series.

I said it yesterday that I wouldn't be suprised at all to see Denver in the finals.
One thing is for sure I will continue riding them as they are the  hottest team in the playoffs until they have an off night. This team is really good. They can beat you running up and down the court or if you want to slow it down and play a half court physical game they can beat you there too.

ATL and DET are not the same teams as the UTAH JAZZ and the HOUSTON ROCKETS, the rockets are better than both atl and det with or with out yao! Same goes for the jazz, When clev plays a team that is any good than you will see what happens....Second DALLAS is fucking junk the only reason they beat the spurs is because there was no manu, and everyone knows that.... So when denver and clev actully play a team that has some skill than come and hate on the lakers untill than BEAT IT!!!!!!

Please utah and hou are way better than the mavs....the mavs only won cause of no manu and you know that...if denver were playing the spurs , with manu, you know damm well that denver would not be up 3-0

I actually think that 65 - 70% of this forum is laker fans
 
And the other 30 - 35% get tired of hearing from fellow posters and the media how great the Lakers and Kobe Bryant is.

It's funny because must have posed this question in 100 different threads already and have yet to get ONE single answer...everybody seems to just  when I ask this question:

WHAT DID THE CELTICS DO LAST YEAR IN THEIR ROUTE TO THE FINALS? DID THEY STRUGGLE THROUGH THE EAST? DID THE LAKERS CRUISE THROUGH THE WEST?

And we all know how that turned out...Celtics won the title after STRUGGLING their entire way through the East. They needed to play 20 GAMES to get through the far inferior Eastern Conference.

.....Needed 7 Games to beat Atlanta

Boston over Atlanta in 7

Boston over Cleveland in 7

Boston over Detroit in 6

Lakers in 2009...

Lakers in 5 over Utah

Lakers in ??? (6?) over Houston

Even if the Lakers do need 7 games (which they probably won't) to beat Houston that's STILL 2 games less than it took the Celtics to get through the 1st 2 rounds last year.

It's just amazing how people get so excited over nothing. Just look at last year people. Calm down.
