Anyone do triathlons?? would love to get feedback and expertise in triathlons...

I was doing triathlons for couple years now but i got hurt and had surgery and trying get back into it is alot harder than starting from the start....

i do sprints every now and then but not as often as i used to.  i'm not sure i'm the best at dispensing triathlon advice.  i usually do some halfass training and then go out there.  i get periodic emails from active.com and i signed up tfor the triathlon section and then send me articles every couple of weeks with triathlon advice.

couldnt really find the info that i wanted from those places....but thanks hope you guys still do tris and enjoying it!
