#1 Posted: 3/20/2013 1:38:55 AM I had read that in the past, Bellagio was great about giving out free drinks in the sportsbook if you had some action tickets out and that they took great care of you in the book. Now in the last several weeks I have noticed a couple reports that they now are on the drink ticket system and you need a $50 sports bet to get a ticket.
Has anyone been to the Bellagio very recently in the last few weeks or month and can report on how the drinks are being handled there now? I have a trip booked there for final four weekend and was looking forward to hanging out in the book, but will probably spend time more time at the craps table or elsewhere if they have done away with the free drinks.
Thanks for the info.

#2 Posted: 3/20/2013 6:10:23 PM I know it was $100 in action for one drink ticket at the excaliber. I would think it would be more at Bellagio |

#7 Posted: 3/28/2013 9:07:04 PM Thanks for checking in guys...sounds like we have a couple conflicting reports here so I am not sure what their policy is at the moment. I guess I will hope they are in a good mood next week and keep the drinks flowing.

#10 Posted: 4/13/2013 5:59:43 AM After the Super Bowl all Caesars & MGM Resorts, went to the drink ticket system. Most require $100 sports bets or $50 race book bets. Same at the Wynn & Encore. Basically everywhere on the strip. There are exceptions to the rule but you have to be nice, friendly & maybe you can draw a few extra drink tickets out of the cashiers. Venetian was the best book for extra drink tickets IMO. Drink tickets are also only good for 2, or 4 days tops.
