When you look up your pending bets it doesn't specify if your bet is for the game or the half.   I recently lost a bet I made for the game which they said I bet for the half.  Give me one reason it doesn't do a better job of specifically saying what your money is on.

A bunch of these guys recently arrested huh...doesn's suprise me at all.

Their mobile betting interface is pretty terrible compared to the other one I use.  I never had the issue you're talking about, but I wish it was a little simpler/ clearer to use.

As far as the indictments of the director and other people, those didn't have anything to do with the clumsy bettin app making mistakes easy for bettors.

Always do this isn't my first day but I'm not great with technology so here's my problem.  It's not often for a line to be off by a 1/2 point or so ...I thought they had SF- .5 pt for the game and thats what I thought I bet.  I look it up under active bets as soon as I bet it and no where does it say its a first half bet NC.   I might make 20 bets on a sunday with in game and what not.  It's possible I made a mistake but I dont think so.  WHY DONT THEY MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT YOU BET

Also there is no customer service if you make a mistake.  I call their number and it just rings and nobody picks up.

Any book I've ever dealt with in my life I would look it up in active bets and it would say First Half and then I could call somebody and possibly cancel it if the line hasn't changed.

Makes very little sence not to define more clearly what your bet is unless you're friggin people.

Doesn't it have the line number?  All first halves are going to be 4 digits, not 3?

Red is for Full Game. Blue is for first half and yellow is for second half

That is screwed up to.  I made bets for the entire game that had an f in front of the bet on the actives and history.

Raider.  I can see the colors on selecting bets for game and half are different.  I just think its shady that when you look your bet up it isn't more clear exactly what you are betting.  And their customer service sucks.

One confusing bet on baseball totals, is they show the pitcher's names, not the team's names.  How silly is that?

Those who make the rules on these tickets probably aren't bettors themselves or they wouldn't have made them so confusing.

Its not silly at all. Base totals are a 'LISTED' pitchers bet and not an 'ACTION' bet and if listed change NO BET. If you ever bet it you'd know it.

Its def confusing.  If you walk into a casino and say give me the yankees for $100 you have action not listed.  So even if he doesnt start you have action at whatever new line they decide.  So this pitchers name on your ticket and he doesnt even start and you have action??   I'm giving a hypothetical here, I just started with football havent done baseball.

Was just pretty shocked when I went into Cantor and a manager looking it up on the computer and staring right at my history and pendings couldn't even tell me exactly what I bet and had action on.  Disappeared in the back for ten minutes.  WTF
