0-3 since the Break, missed by a bucket with Tulsa last night. Hope to turn it around soon. I really like this total today. I made my projected O/U 162 in this game. Going 3u on this one.
ATLANTA / INDIANA OVER 156 ( 3 units )

#6 Posted: 8/18/2012 8:50:26 AM don't you think indiana will get this one since atlanta were playing back-to-back and last game all their starters played more than 30mins.

Head to Head previous results is by not a reliable source as far as making lines.
BTW / Oddsmakers have been getting pounded since the break and it's been like this most of the year. . Just to give you an example on Thursday CONN opens -5 closes -3 and the Liberty win by 13. Seattle opens 7.5 and 151 against the Mercury . Closing number is Seattle 9 and 147.5 FINAL SCORE SEA 72 PHO 58.
There was even a late move on the Silver Stars last night as the line went from 8 to 9. FINAL BY 10
So as you can see the Oddsmakers are not doing a very good job. To answer your question ? NO !! I wish a I wasn't an oddsmaker, because the sharp money in the WNBA this season is a cash cow.
Not sure if you understand all this, but good luck anyhow.

There has been a significant drop!! The Dream are getting money. It's been bet down to 5.5. I'm liking the Dream as well. B2B Shouldn't be a concern for Atlanta. They are one of the best conditioned teams in the league. DeSouza back in the line up and she was on target yesterday shooting better than 50% from the field.

#13 Posted: 8/18/2012 5:35:11 PM I do have to admit, after watching lastnights Dream/Sky game in its entirety, that the Dream really only played their 5 starters w small spells of rest here and there. It was a hard fought win in a game that was back n forth the whole 40mins against a team they had to beat to own a tie breaker. Now they travel, albeit a short flight,to another team that is playing for seeding in the East on almost 2 days rest,in their house. Feeling like this could be a similar blowout like the Mystics got handled on B2B and traveling ystrdy. Going very heavy on Fever minus the short home chalk over the exhausted starters from ATL...might even throw a few bucks on half, but the game will get out of hand by 4th imho...GLTA. |
