Your list looks pretty good although I wouldn't give GSP so much credit just yet. He hasn't dominated his division like Anderson is doing now, let's wait until he can dispatch Serra. I'd also put BJ ahead of Rampage. I wouldn't be surprised if BJ holds 2 or 3 titles at once someday.

Even though he has not fought as much as he should.. for now i still think until proven otherwise Fedor is #1.
#2 Anderson Silva closing in on #1 unless Fedor starts to fight more.
#3 GSP - No one can touch him right now in his class.
#4 Minotauro Nogueira - This guy deserves a ton of respect IMO. Only losing to 3 people ever. He has better jujistu than Fedor, And even though Heath Herring staggered him he showed that he can come back in a fight.
After that I can't really make up my mind. So many good fighters out there. Henderson, Yamamoto, Faber, Shogun, Aoki etc.
I still want to see Crocop come back in a major way. But who knows what will happen there. His fights were some of the best fights I've ever watched.

and as far as fedor goes, if you look at my p2p in my space i give a little in depth views on my picks.
if fedor is fighting top notch competition like he did before, than NO DOUBT he is number 1. but to be number 1 you have to do 2 things, fight consistently 3-4 times a year and fight top competition and win obviously, he does neither.
thats why i have him at 3.

same reason why i put fedor at 3, how can you be regarded as the best in the world when you arent even fighting.
and for primetime, before serra fluked it out against gsp, did he not dominate the division like silva is doing now? and did he not do it against much more quality fighters?? lets me realistic here, Silva is great, but besides hendo, he beat a bunch of nobodies. the only guys who can give him a real challenge is Okami, and i feel is Marquardt gets another shot he will be more prepared for silva this time around.
