From an MMA capping standpoint, I can't wait for this year to end, because it has been pretty brutal from start to end for me.  Hopefully this unexpected break in the MMA schedule will do my capping some good.
 
I am going to the show tomorrow night.  I am not as excited as I was going to UFC 148 in Vegas, but it should still be a good show nonetheless...
 
Here are the plays (way too many parlays...):
1.  Parlay of Lance Benoist over Sean Pierson and Jon Jones over Vitor Belfort.  Risking 9.25 units to win 7.25 units.
 
2.  Parlay of Charles Oliveira over Cub Swanson and Joseph Benavidez over Demetrious Johnson.  Risking 5.5 units to win 5 units.
 
3.  Matt Hamill over Roger Hollett and Michael Bisping over Brian Stann.  Risking 2.1 units to win 2 units.
 
4.  Jim Hettes over Marcus Brimage and Charlie Brenneman over Kyle Noke.  Risking 1.35 units to win 1 unit.
 
5.  Seth Baczynski (-140) over Simeon Thoresen.  Risking 1.4 units to win 1 unit.
 
6.  Mitch Gagnon (+175) over Walel Watson.  Risking 1 unit to win 1.75 units.
 
7.  Parlay of Evan Dunham over TJ Grant and Igor Pokrajac over Vinny Magalhaes.  Risking 1 unit to win 1.5 units.

I hope you are right, but I am very worried about the undercard in the sense that I don't think we are going to see many finishes...

I am a little annoyed that I missed out on the -150 on Benoist, but I got in at -170.  I thought Benoist would be -250 to -300

woops, missed that...feeling much better about that fight after reading a lot of "expert" opinions and seeing some line movement late.

Bisping is technically stronger, and I am sure the loss to Henderson taught him not to circle into his opponents power.  The only way I see Stann winning is by KO, and I think Bisping's movement/footwork will not allow Stann that opportunity!

Thanks!  I definitely need a hot run to close the year out.  At this point, I am going to practically need to win every bet I make to end up on the plus side for the year!

I had a great time at the Air Canada Centre last night.  Always fun to sit with other knowledgeable fans!  

Unfortunately, the plays stunk out the joint again, as I went 3-4 for -12.35 units, as my two big plays bombed out badly.  I cannot remeber the last time there was this many dogs that cashed!  8 out of the 12 fights!  Unbelievable!

If someone has actually parlay all of 8 of those dogs together and put $100 bucks on it, it would have paid close to $65,000!!!
