Faber dropped him 3 times... Cruz bounced around and backpeddled a lot...

Common man.

Sure Faber hit him with about 4-5 big shots, but they really didnt do much damage, Cruz jumped right back up after taking the shot. Outside of that Cruz controlled the pace, was more effective with leg kicks, picked him apart on the feet and was way more dominant in takedowns. I really dont understand how you think Faber was winning the fight going into the fifth.Cruz controlled the fight and a few big shots shouldnt change the outcome. Wasnt a dominant win by any stretch but Cruz certainly won.

It just looked to me that Cruz jumped around much more(like his style dictates)

I wouldn't say Faber's shots didn't do much damage though... Cruz hit the mat 3 times...

Ya he did but there was no extending effects

he jumped right back up and started to control the fight again

None of the bombs really changed the outlook of the fight.

Faber landed the shots, had his chance and couldn't finish him.. The better fighter won...

awesome fight... Cruz clearly won, but 50-45 thats questionable..  Cruz controlled the fight, he was the aggressor, octagon control, that last round pretty much sealed it... , faber has a solid chin, he took some heavy shots... Siver Wiman fight, that decision surprised me lol im happy cuz I had Siver, but I was sure wiman's hand was gonna be raised...

cruz won. deal with it. But wouldnt be shocked if a rematch is awarded straight away.

I said 2 hours earlier that the better fighter won...

I rewatched the fight and had it even going into the 5th round and Cruz easily won it...

Cruz definitely won the fight but there's no way it was 50-45. Great performance from both fighters

Crow is right , the correct score should have been 48-47 Cruz .........the judge that scored it 50-45 is a moron

cruz definitely won (he definitely won the 5th round with several takedowns and some clean shots, faber did nothing in last round) but i thought it was a really close match till the 5th..

this fight was bullshit! faber clearly won the fight. they need to start getting judges who actually judges the fight, not just takedowns! sure he took faber down, but faber took no damage from it what so ever. also faber rocked his ass left and right. the only thing cruz did was move around a lot and threw a whole bunch of kicks and punches that didnt even hurt faber. look at fabers face compared to cruz's face at the end of the fight. these judges are fuckin everything up!

you are mentally ill if you think faber won the fight.  at the very best if you are his brother you can give him 2 rounds.
